Laying the Foundations
We can join you at the very starting point of planning your project. Meeting with clients in an initial appointment, we listen for their goals and needs as well as invite them to show, through visuals and style pieces, their personal aesthetic. We are careful to understand the desired direction of the project, as well as any specific challenges. Our goal? We want our clients to leave this meeting excited for the adventure ahead and confident in the design process!
Forming the Team
Because we place such a high value on our relationships with the client as well as that of the builder, architect and any contractors involved in the project, we work to establish open and honest communication from the beginning. We believe doing so ensures an efficient timetable – and delightful results.
Surveying the Site
By planning the layout of the room, lighting design, millwork, cabinetry detail and other features of interior architecture, we work with the client to begin making decisions and gaining a visual for their finished project. Using sketches, and computer generated drawings, we take what can be an overwhelming amount of details and streamline them into a series of step by step choices reflecting the clients goals and taste. We break down the process so it feels fun, not overwhelming!
Sourcing Materials
Relying on our industry know-how and years of trade experience we begin the process of curating and implementing furnishings, draperies, and accessories. We involve clients in as much of the sourcing process as they prefer – whether it be antiquing together or shaping a turn-key project that provides each selection from artwork to vases.
