Creating Beautiful Connection in An Open Floor Plan

A first-floor open plan is ideal, but when it comes to the design, creating flow and cohesion can be tricky. That’s why our clients asked us to come up with a plan to connect the open rooms while maintaining individual spaces.

We started with the design layout, creating a better flow. From there, we incorporated custom millwork and built-in cabinetry, furnishings, fixtures, accessories, and décor. The color palette was neutral, and pops of design added lots of character, from interesting wallpaper to unique artwork. A clean and minimal feel still leaves room for beautiful lighting, stunning furnishings, and fun textiles. This is a home that somehow feels both grand and cozy—perfect for entertaining, family meals, or just relaxing.
