A dark 1990’s kitchen/sunroom/dining room/entry gets a comprehensive remodel. To open up the spaces we took out a wall between the sunroom and kitchen and we enlarged an opening from the kitchen to the dining room. A new spatial layout, custom cabinets, lux finishes, lighting, and architectural details complete this first floor space.
